1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing getwntd.com or using the WNTD app you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. What WNTD Is

WNTD is an AI-powered visual shopping discovery tool. You upload a photo or screenshot and our Sniper Engine identifies clothing items and finds where to buy them across 1,000+ retailers. WNTD is a discovery tool, not a retailer.

3. AI Accuracy Disclaimer

WNTD AI provides estimations based on visual pattern recognition. We do not guarantee the accuracy of prices, brand identification, availability, or stock levels. Prices and availability shown are sourced from third-party retailers and may differ at the time of purchase. WNTD is not responsible for any discrepancy between displayed and actual prices.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use WNTD. By using our service you confirm you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to accept these terms.

5. Waitlist

Joining our waitlist does not guarantee early access or any specific benefit. Waitlist position and access decisions are made at our sole discretion. We make no guarantee that WNTD will launch on any specific date.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

WNTD Pro subscriptions are managed through Google Play Billing and Apple App Store.

• Subscriptions are auto-renewing unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Google Play or App Store account settings
• No refunds are issued for digital subscription periods already commenced
• Pricing may change with reasonable notice provided to active subscribers

7. Intellectual Property

All WNTD content including our name, logo, design, and software is our exclusive property protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

Retailer names and logos such as Zara, Myntra, Nike, and others are used solely for product identification purposes under Nominative Fair Use. WNTD is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any of these brands unless explicitly stated.

8. User Conduct

By using WNTD you agree not to:

• Upload illegal, explicit, or harmful content through the Sniper Engine
• Submit images containing content that sexualises minors
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit our AI systems
• Use bots or automated tools to access our service
• Submit false information or impersonate others
• Use WNTD to infringe the intellectual property of any third party

Violations will result in immediate and permanent removal from the platform and Vault.

9. Affiliate Links

WNTD participates in affiliate programmes. Product links generated by the Sniper Engine may contain affiliate tracking. Purchases made through these links may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. This is disclosed in compliance with ASCI (India) and FTC (Global) guidelines.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WNTD and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

WNTD is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy of AI results, or availability of any specific features.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of WNTD after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
